Mac Food Services (M) Hiring! Full Time QA Executive in Negeri Sembilan - Ricebowl

We're looking for a QA Executive for our manufacturing site in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan, to oversee quality and food safety activities across our manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the production floor, solving problems, ensuring compliance and working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify the quality of raw materials, in-process products and finished goods.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of food safety and quality management systems.
• Conduct inspections, audits and verification activities to ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, non-conformances and drive effective corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance and other departments to address food safety and quality concerns.
• Review product specifications, documentation and quality records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, supplier quality programs and food safety culture activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Science or a related field.
• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in Quality Assurance are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess own transportation.
