Key Responsibilities

- Handle new product development projects from customer enquiry through to mass production.

- Understand customer drawings, specifications, requirements and technical expectations.

- Coordinate with customers on new product requirements, feasibility, quotations and project schedules.

- Work closely with Tooling Design, Production, Quality Control, Purchasing and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.

- Coordinate the development of stamping dies/tooling, samples and trial production.

- Monitor project progress and ensure samples are completed according to customer requirements and agreed timelines.

- Liaise with customers during the sample submission, testing and approval process.

- Follow up and resolve technical issues, quality problems and customer feedback until customer sample approval is obtained.

- Coordinate the transition from approved samples to mass production.

- Prepare project reports, quotations, customer documentation and other relevant records.

- Visit customers when required for technical discussions, project meetings and business development.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
