• Inputs and maintains data in relation to motor vehicles (e.g mileage sheets, TNG usage) into fleet database
• Provides administrative support to the operation team on all matters relating motor vehicle fleet duties
• Entering data and keep documents current such as registration, insurance, vehicle logs, daily inspection reports, Shell receipt record, invoice, work order etc.
• Ensure fleet data is input regularly and that required reports are produced (TNG, PUSPAKOM report, trip report)
• To maintain and keep updated the fleet inventory and asset register

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
