Program Manager – ODL

We are looking for a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate our Open & Distance Learning (ODL) programs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor ODL program operations.
• Coordinate with lecturers, students, and internal teams.
• Manage class schedules, assessments, and student progress.
• Ensure smooth program delivery and quality standards.
• Prepare reports and support program improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience in program management, education, or ODL.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with LMS/online learning platforms is an advantage.
