Operations Support Executive (WFH) | Full-Time Opportunity

Job Description

• Provide professional support to customers via live chat and email.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Process account-related requests and maintain accurate records.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant team when necessary.
• Support daily operations while meeting quality and productivity targets.

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Previous experience in Customer Service or Operations Support is preferred.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Own a personal computer/laptop with a stable internet connection.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
