Salary: $2,500 – $3,000
Location: Ubi
Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations via email and phone.
• Process sales orders and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal sales teams.
• Monitor order status, delivery schedules and shipment arrangements.
• Provide sales support and assist with project coordination.
• Prepare monthly sales and order status reports.
• Handle other administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, customer service or order processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and multitask.
• Candidates available immediately or on short notice are preferred.
