Role: Developer

Key Skills:
Global Markets and Back Office:

·        Preferable to have exposure to Global Markets and Back Office applications development experience

Java and Open Source Frameworks:

·        Strong Core Java expertise with hands-on experience in Collections, I/O, and Multithreading.

·        Strong understanding of Java Design Patterns and coding best practices.

·        Good knowledge of Spring Framework, including MVC and JPA modules.

·        Hands-on experience with Hibernate development.

·        Experience with SpringBoot application development.

Security:

·        Knowledge of ADFS, OpenID Connect (OIDC), OAuth 2.0, and Spring Security.

Web Development:

·        Experience in Angular and/or React development.

·        Strong TypeScript and JavaScript development skills.

·        Good understanding of Web Application Design principles.

Databases:

·        Strong RDBMS and SQL development skills.

Messaging:

·        Messaging fundamentals like Queueing, Pub/Sub, Channels, DLQ etc.

·        JMS, IBM MQ Websphere or Rabbit MQ

Responsibilities:

·         Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications using Java and SPA technologies.

·         Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams to deliver technical solutions.

·         Develop and maintain REST-based services and web applications.

·         Participate in application design, estimation, and technical reviews.

·         Ensure adherence to coding standards, security requirements, and development best practices.

·         Perform unit testing, defect resolution, and production support activities.

·         Contribute to performance tuning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

·         Prepare and maintain technical documentation as required.

Requirements:

Education:

·         Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or related field.

·         At least 6 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.
