We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to deliver meaningful outdoor learning experiences and adventure-based programmes for youths and adults.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate outdoor and adventure activities in a safe and engaging manner
Lead participants through experiential learning programmes
Support team-building, leadership, and personal development activities
Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety procedures
Maintain equipment and programme logistics
Requirements:
Strong passion for outdoor education and adventure learning
Comfortable working in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overnight programmes when required
Relevant outdoor, instructional, or safety certifications will be an advantage
