PEOPLE PROFILERS Hiring! Full Time Senior Procurement Manager (Data Centre) in - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of procurement strategy, policies and processes, including KPIs, delegation of authority and approval workflows
• Manage end-to-end tenders: RFx, bid evaluation, recommendation reports, negotiation, award and contract execution
• Validate approvals, raise purchase requisitions and RFAs, and ensure accuracy before issuing POs
• Lead commercial negotiations on major data centre construction, equipment and services packages
• Drive year-on-year cost efficiency using should-cost, benchmarking and total-cost-of-ownership analysis
• Build strategic relationships with key OEMs, contractors and service providers, and monitor supplier performance against SLAs
• Lead OPEX bidding and vendor selection during the operations phase
• Administer procurement / e-Procurement systems, and maintain procurement reports and dashboards for management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, ESG and internal control requirements, and manage supply chain risk on long-lead equipment

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or a related field; CIPS is an advantage
• 8+ years of procurement and sourcing experience in data centre, infrastructure, real estate or other capital-project environments
• Hands-on track record of running end-to-end tenders
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with proven cost savings
• Self-starter, comfortable building processes from scratch in a fast-moving environment
• Working knowledge of e-Procurement systems and requisition-to-pay processes
