Job Responsibilities

• Lead the equipment engineering team to ensure reliable and efficient manufacturing operations.
• Improve equipment performance, OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and preventive maintenance compliance.
• Oversee equipment troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Manage preventive maintenance, equipment lifecycle, spare parts, and reliability improvement.
• Support new equipment installation, qualification, commissioning, and production ramp-up.
• Drive equipment upgrades, automation, productivity improvement, and cost reduction.
• Ensure equipment capacity and readiness meet production, quality, and delivery targets.
• Work closely with Production, Process Engineering, Quality, and equipment suppliers.
• Lead and develop engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Support customer audits, technical reviews, and equipment-related escalations.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, Mechatronics, Automation, Manufacturing Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Equipment Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Experience insemiconductor, IC substrate, advanced packaging, electronics manufacturing, or related industries.
• Experience with wet process, chemical treatment, plating, or surface preparation equipment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in automation, CAPEX projects, and equipment qualification is an advantage.

Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month
