Requirements
Background in Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) systems within large-scale construction and engineering projects.
Proven track record in BIM coordination and clash-free integration of E&M with civil and structural works.
Familiarity with statutory compliance, safety in design, and Airport Authorization approval processes.
10 years of relevant experience working with a main contractor, 5 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors, with a strong commitment to mentoring junior staff and nurturing future leaders.
Skilled in stakeholder engagement and early-stage coordination to minimize rework and ensure project efficiency.
