Job description :

• Manage delivery of AP services as per the agreement

• First level escalation for Infosys AP team

• Review of payment proposal and provide list of large payments

• Deploy and monitor process controls, quality assurance plans and risk mitigation initiatives

• Identify transformational initiatives

• Motivate the team to meet and exceed SLAs

• Track service level metrics

• Ability to lead and motivate team to achieve performance goals

•Customer orientation

•Good communication skills

Experience and Qualification :

• University graduate/ Post Graduate in Accounts with minimum 15 years of education with 3 to 5 years of prior work experience in BPO, finance operations, or shared services especially in AP & T&E

• Strong team leading and motivational skills, performance reporting and tracking, derive performance improvement ideas

• Ability to multi task, prioritize activities & meeting deadlines, and has worked in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment

• Good Analytical & Aptitude Skills

• Fluency in Mandarin is required due to system limitations and documentation being written in Mandarin. Fluency in English, both written and spoken
