Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily purchasing activities and prepare Purchase Orders (PO).
• Source quotations and compare prices from suppliers.
• Liaise with suppliers on orders, pricing and delivery.
• Follow up on outstanding orders and deliveries.
• Maintain purchasing records and documents.
• Perform other duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in Business, Purchasing, Supply Chain or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous purchasing experience is an advantage.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
