Requirements
Certificate, vocational qualification, or diploma in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
Training in beverage service, customer service, or supervisory fundamentals.
1-2 years of experience in beverage, bar, catering, or hospitality service roles.
Experience in supervisory responsibilities in high-volume or event-driven environments preferred.
Responsibilities
Support daily banqueting and beverage service operations across outlets and event functions.
Assist in supervising frontline teams.
Ensure service readiness and guest satisfaction.
Maintain service standards and follow SOPs and safety requirements.
Work closely with the Assistant Beverage/Catering Manager.
Ensure smooth service flow and operational accuracy.
Maintain consistent service delivery quality.
