Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team in Singapore. You will set up, operate and maintain CNC machines to produce precision components to specification. We value meritocracy, multiculturalism and work-life balance, and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
Job Description
Set up and operate CNC milling and turning machines, following engineering drawings, specifications and work instructions.
Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments (e.g. micrometers, vernier callipers) to ensure quality and tolerance standards are met.
Perform routine machine maintenance, tool changes and adjustments, and troubleshoot minor machining issues to minimise downtime.
Comply with workplace safety and health requirements, and maintain a clean, organised work area.
Job Requirements
Relevant certification or diploma in machining, mechanical engineering or a related field (e.g. ITE or Polytechnic), or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in CNC machining and programming (G-code/M-code), with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail, good problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment; ability to work shifts where operationally required.
