MTC Orec Hiring! Full Time Project Manager in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 9,000 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of project execution under EPCC contracts, acting as the main point of contact with the client and key stakeholders.
• Develop and control the project execution plan, baseline schedule, budget and cash flow; report progress, variances and forecasts to management and client.
• Lead and coordinate the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams, including subcontractors and vendors.
• Manage contract administration, variation orders, claims, progress billing and correspondence in line with contract terms.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks; lead issue resolution and escalation.
• Champion HSE performance and ensure compliance with Malaysian regulations (DOSH, ST, Energy Commission, local authorities).
• Chair project meetings, kick-off meetings and management reviews; ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
• Drive project close-out, handover documentation and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in project management, of which at least 5 years in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proven track record of managing EPC/EPCC projects from award to handover.
• Strong command of project controls, contract management and commercial awareness.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and client management skills; fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• PMP, professional engineer (Ir.) registration, or experience in biogas / renewable energy is an advantage.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
