Job Responsibilities
Prepare and serve quality coffee, tea and other beverages according to company standards.
Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service.
Support daily café operations, including food and beverage preparation.
Assist with beverage arrangements for events and catering.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment and supplier deliveries.
Maintain cleanliness of equipment, counters and preparation areas.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Job Requirements
Approximately 3 years of relevant barista or café experience preferred.
Experience in mixology or beverage development is an advantage.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Passion for coffee, beverages and hospitality.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Creative, responsible, detail-oriented and a good team player.
Good understanding of food hygiene and cleanliness practices.
