Responsibilities
Stone Merchandiser is a member of the Purchasing Team under VDA Group. This team explores and assist manager to manage all the color stone purchasing, cost and inventory control, for the company be able to increase competitiveness in the jewelry industry.
JOB Responsibilities:
Handle Precious stone and some Semi-Precious purchasing and assorting.
Contact with China factory on production and material requirements.
Maintain and ensure inventory accuracy.
Follow up orders with vendors.
Handle clerical duties and ad-hoc task.
JOB Requirements:
Diploma holder or at least 2 years purchasing experience in jewellery' industry
With strong stone knowledge
Well-organized, with analytical and communication skills
Good in presentation and interpersonal skill
Good command of English, Cantonese as well as Putonghua
Good in computer software applications
Travel to China is necessary
