Location: Somerset

Work Hours: 3 diff shifts (8am-5pm, 130pm-11pm, and 1030pm to 8am)

Salary: Up to $2,700

Our client is a globally recognised luxury hotel brand operating an upscale lifestyle property in Singapore's central business district.

Job Scope:

• Maintain a safe and secure hotel environment through regular patrols, monitoring of public and restricted areas, identifying suspicious activities and preventing unauthorised access or removal of hotel property.
• Manage hotel keys, visitor registration, access permissions and Gate Pass procedures. Conduct inspections and ensure hotel assets are properly accounted for and protected.
• Assist guests and visitors professionally, provide directions and support when required, and respond to emergencies, fire alarms, accidents and security incidents.
• Investigate and report security concerns, maintain accurate incident records, coordinate with relevant departments and ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards and Singapore regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience in a similar role within hospitality, F&B or related industries preferred.
• Maintain a high level of alertness, integrity and professionalism while ensuring a safe and welcoming hotel environment.
• Balance security responsibilities with excellent hospitality, treating guests, team members and visitors with courtesy, respect and discretion.
• Demonstrate sound judgement, remain calm under pressure and take ownership of security concerns, escalating and following through when necessary.
• Maintain effective communication and teamwork, with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, public holidays and operational requirements.
