Newbridge Hiring! Full Time SOC - Incident Response Lead in - Ricebowl

I am hiring for SOC & Incident Response Lead at lead the enterprise-wide cyber defence operations for a prominent Singapore-based enterprise with a large digital footprint.

This is a senior leadership role owning the 24x7 defence centre and acting as the incident commander during major cyber crises

The Scope:

• Own and uplift the Security Operations Centre (SOC) - detection engineering, SIEM/SOAR, triage, and response.
• Lead Incident Response, Digital Forensics, Threat Hunting, and Threat Intelligence functions.
• Drive Vulnerability Management and proactive threat-led defence initiatives.
• Own cyber resilience strategy, automation (SOAR/AI), and purple teaming.
• Act as primary crisis lead during high-severity incidents, coordinating with Risk, Legal, IT, and external regulators.
• Manage MSSP/MDR partners and drive vendor strategy (EDR, SIEM, TI).

What my client needs:

• 12+ years in Cyber Security with 5+ years leading SOC / Cyber Defence / Incident Response teams.
• Proven experience running a SOC at scale in a large, complex environment (Banking, Telco, Media, CII, Large Enterprise).
• Strong knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, ISO 27001, SIEM (Splunk/Microsoft Sentinel), EDR, SOAR.
• Hands-on background in DFIR, Threat Hunting, and crisis management.
• Strong leadership & executive communication - able to brief C-level/board during incidents.
• CISSP / CISM / GIAC (GCIH/GCFA/GCIA) preferred.
