Public Domain Acquisition & Content Creation:

• Produce daily English marketing and recruitment content (videos and copy) across Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter/X to generate inbound leads.

Agency / Guild Business Development:

• Recruit new live-streaming agencies/guilds (primarily English-speaking), aiming to onboard 30–50 new agencies annually (approx. 3–4 per month).

• Track, monitor, and support each agency to meet the monthly GMV target of USD $4,000.

• Perform performance diagnostics and activation strategies for underperforming agencies.

WeChat Ecosystem & Agent Community Operations:

• Manage official WeChat accounts: Respond to inquiries from agents and potential clients within 30 minutes during working hours.

• Implement segmented user tagging and forward high-intent leads to key team members promptly.

• Identify and nurture high-potential agents (those with strong intent, capacity, drive, and execution), develop tailored growth plans, and conduct weekly follow-ups.

• Re-activate dormant agent teams and drive community engagement.

Event Planning & Training Execution:

• Plan and host online events, including kick-off meetings, training workshops, and performance review sessions.

• Organize and manage online training bootcamps (handling onboarding, daily check-ins, assignment reviews, and post-camp conversion).

• Drive the execution and daily follow-up of the Product Experience Officer (Brand Ambassador) Program in both English and Chinese versions.

Content & Communication Support:

• Prepare marketing materials for Moments/Feed posts, invitation scripts for salons/workshops, and structured training course modules.

• Manage and reply to WhatsApp inquiries, prioritizing key issues and escalating critical matters to leadership.

• Maintain strong long-term relationships with existing agency/guild owners, addressing operational issues and providing partner care.
