Job Description: Warehouse Assistant

Department: Warehouse / Operations
Location: Bangi, Selangor
Employment Type: CONTRACT (immediately untill Raya 2027)

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, checking and storing incoming goods.
2. Perform Quality Control (QC) checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
3. Inspect products for defects, damages, stains, incorrect labelling or other quality issues.
4. Separate defective or damaged items and report them to the supervisor for further action.
5. Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for delivery or collection.
6. Perform stock arrangement, labelling and inventory counting.
7. Ensure all goods are handled properly and stored in the correct locations.
8. Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required.
9. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation and safety.
10. Report any stock discrepancies, damaged goods or inventory issues to the supervisor.
11. Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
    

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday and rotating half-day Saturday (subject to the warehouse schedule).
• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
