Looking for a short-term opportunity in the hospitality industry? Join a well-established serviced apartment as a Guest Service Officer and gain valuable front office and guest relations experience!

We are looking for someone who is friendly, service-oriented and confident interacting with guests and residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to residents' enquiries and requests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.

• Assist with guest registration and maintain accurate records.

• Provide information and assistance regarding the property and its services.

• Handle incoming calls, enquiries and feedback.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure residents' requests are attended to promptly.

• Assist with general front desk and guest service duties.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in hospitality and any other relevant fields.

• Friendly, approachable and customer-service oriented.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable handling guest enquiries and interacting with residents from different backgrounds.

• Able to work independently and handle front desk responsibilities.
