AAT Training Hub is a leading educational institution in Singapore delivering competency-based learning through advanced technologies. Certified under ISO 45001, ISO 29993, and BizSafe STAR, it offers over 50 MOM/SCDF/SFA/WSQ-accredited courses across 7 centres.
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced adult trainers to deliver WSQ and regulatory courses for public and corporate classes, ensuring compliance with MOM standards and supporting learner success.
Responsibilities
Deliver theory and practical training sessions aligned with WSQ and MOM regulatory requirements
Maintain training quality by applying safety and compliance standards during all sessions
Accurately complete training documentation, including assessments and attendance records, to meet regulatory standards
Support and conduct assessments and practical evaluations to verify learner competency
Adapt training delivery to effectively support learners with diverse language needs
Manage both theory and practical components of training sessions professionally and responsibly
Required competencies and certifications
ACTA / ACLP certification
WSH Level B certification
Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or logistics industry
Completion of WSQ Operate Forklift course
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience conducting WSQ courses
Prior experience delivering corporate or in-house training
