Iotronix Technologies Hiring! Full Time Facility Technician in Pulau Pinang, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

1. Responsible for the new or current installation, servicing, repair and maintenance of mechanical systems in general (nitrogen supply, chillers, exhaust, compressor & etc.) all kinds of electrical system checking, monitoring & maintenance.

2. General corrective and preventative maintenance of mechanical and process systems.

3. Monitor essential maintenance and building services and ensure all necessary preventive maintenance work is completed (e.g. periodic servicing of fire alarm/protection system, emergency diesel generator & etc.).

4. Coordinate with and supervise work carried out by external vendors. Ensure work is performed efficiently and safely according to standards and timelines.

5. Perform repairs and record activities in the plant maintenance database.

6. Responsible for liaising with relevant authorities on various utility services and compliance issues.

7. To provide technical support to other technical staff on process related issues and co-ordinate with other technical team members.

8. Support the production operations to install new equipment and prepare the facility for utility requirements of the new equipment (compressed air, nitrogen, vacuum & etc.).

9. Participate in the energy management team to help minimize wasted energy usage.

10. Participate in ERT operation & act as ERT member automatic in facility.

11. Keep the work area, tools, equipment and / or machinery clean, well maintained and in proper working order.

12. Responsible to co-operate and comply with any procedures, instructions, control measures on EHS instituted by the organization.

13. Responsible for taking reasonable care to follow Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices —for themselves, their colleagues, and the surrounding environment.

14. Understand and adopt the correct practices for handling chemicals, in accordance with the Chemical Management Procedure.

15. Aware of the relevant facilities associated with emergency preparedness and response, and understand their roles in ensuring readiness.

16. Responsible to assist EHS personnel on conducting regular monitoring and measuring of EHS performance, such as noise risk assessment, chemical health risk assessment (CHRA), ergonomic risk assessment, etc.

17. Any ad-hoc task as per assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
