About the Role

Bring marketing campaigns to life for W Network’s household appliance and consumer electronics brands. You will coordinate KOL collaborations, content creation, promotions, and events to drive audience engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign & Cross-Team Planning: Collaborate with the Sales and E-commerce teams to plan monthly marketing activities and execute daily campaigns effectively.
• KOL & Creator Management: Identify, engage, and manage KOLs and content creators for product reviews, live demonstrations, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaboration Coordination: Oversee all stages of creator partnerships, including campaign briefing, quotation management, product delivery, content approvals, and final submission.
• Content & Calendar Maintenance: Maintain and update content calendars; adapt brand assets for Meta, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (XHS) to maximize reach and engagement.
• Creative Asset Development: Partner with the creative team to produce campaign visuals, videos, and ads, and assist with basic content creation as needed.
• Paid Advertising Support: Assist with paid media efforts by preparing assets, setting up campaigns, monitoring performance, and running tests under the supervision of the Marketing Manager.
• Event & Roadshow Execution: Help organize and execute roadshows, trade exhibitions, product launches, and promotional events to ensure smooth on-site operations.
• Publicity & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate event publicity, promotional collateral, KOL attendance, and social media coverage alongside internal teams and external vendors.
• Tracking & Reporting: Monitor campaign budgets and KOL deliverables, evaluate event outcomes, and compile performance reports with actionable recommendations for future growth.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, KOL coordination, or campaign execution.
• Creator Relations: Proven track record of working with influencers or content creators, managing briefs, and tracking deliverables.
• Platform Fluency: Strong familiarity with Meta, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (XHS), including platform-specific engagement strategies.
• Paid Media Skills: Hands-on experience and working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads management, setup, and campaign reporting.
• Core Competencies: Strong communication, copywriting, project coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Work Style: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tight deadlines.
• Industry Background: Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, consumer electronics, or event management is a strong plus.
• Flexibility: Willingness to support roadshows and events on weekends or public holidays as required.
