Responsibilities
As a Airport Operations Officer, you support the airline’s daily airport operations by ensuring safe, smooth, and efficient passenger and flight handling for both departure and arrival flights. You will be involved in passenger services, baggage coordination, flight operations support, terminal-side operational activities, and ramp loading and operational safety monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, arrival assistance, and terminal guidance
Support baggage services and coordinate with ground handling teams for departure and arrival flights
Oversee ramp operations, including supervising cargo/baggage loading, verifying Loading Instruction Reports (LIR) and Loadsheets against actual hold arrangements, and ensuring compliance with photography verification standards
Monitor ground service equipment (GSE) and personnel on the apron to enforce safety protocols and prevent aircraft collision risks
Assist in daily flight operations, including delays, disruptions, and irregular operations
Support flight safety and operational safety in accordance with airline, airport, and civil aviation regulatory procedures
Provide assistance to passengers with special needs when required
Liaise with airport stakeholders, ground handling agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth terminal and ramp operations
Perform operational and administrative duties as assigned.
