Job Responsibility

• Assist with Tenancy Documentation \
• Help prepare, organize, and update tenancy agreements and related documents.
• Maintain proper tenant records and filing systems.
• Administrative Support
• Perform data entry, scanning, and filing tasks.
• Assist in preparing simple leasing reports and summaries.
• Support the Leasing Team
• Help coordinate appointments or site viewings.
• Follow up with tenants on basic inquiries or document submission.
• 4. General Office Assistance
• Provide day-to-day support for leasing operations.
• Coordinate with internal departments when necessary.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management or related field.
• Good communication and organization skills.
• Willingness to learn, responsible and able to work as a team.

Pay: Up to RM1,000.00 per month
