Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.

Experience in creating and managing purchase orders.

Knowledge of supply chain management, procurement processes, and purchasing best practices.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Good command of English and Malay, both spoken and written.

Mandarin-speaking candidates will be an added advantage.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple purchasing activities effectively.

Manage the purchasing process, including creating and processing purchase orders.

Evaluate suppliers’ quotations to ensure they meet the required technical and commercial specifications.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve competitive costs.

Manage supplier performance, including routine audits, change management, cost targets, and quality targets.

Follow up on supplier quality issues and ensure timely resolution, replacement, or compensation when required.

Prepare purchasing analysis reports and maintain accurate purchase history records.

Support internal and supplier meetings by providing relevant purchasing data and reports.

Maintain good relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of required materials or products.
