ABOUT CLAUDE LABS

Claude Labs is the enterprise arm of the Claude Singapore Community. We are a

member of the Anthropic Claude Partner Network and the AWS Partner Network, and

we build custom Claude systems for Singapore enterprises, institutions and

public sector organisations.

Our current delivery load spans construction and engineering, education,

financial services, healthcare operations and government-linked organisations:

enterprise Claude onboarding, AI governance frameworks, Amazon Bedrock

deployments, agent and workflow builds, and internal enablement.

Demand is running ahead, so we are opening this position for a freelance FDE.

THE ROLE, AND WHAT YOU NEED FOR IT

• Deploy Claude into enterprise, institutional and government environments.

 You stand it up on Amazon Bedrock or the Anthropic API and configure IAM,

 SSO, logging and guardrails. Hands-on Bedrock experience is a must, and IAM,

 VPC, KMS, CloudWatch, Lambda and API Gateway should not be new to you.

• Translate a business process into a working Claude workflow, agent or

 internal tool. Real experience building with Claude or comparable LLMs:

 prompt design, tool use, RAG, MCP, agent patterns, evals.

• Build integrations against client systems and existing cloud estates.

 Comfortable in Python or TypeScript, and proficient with Claude Code or able

 to get there fast.

• Review and audit what goes to production. Enough architecture literacy to

 read a system diagram, spot the integration risk and ask the right question.

• Run enablement sessions so client staff can operate what you built.

• Feed delivery notes back so the framework improves for the next client.

Our lead architect owns the architecture and reviews your work.

CLIENT-FACING

• You can explain a technical trade-off to a non-technical stakeholder without

 losing either of them

• Professional presence on client site, including enterprise, government and

 institutional settings

• Business-level English, as all delivery and documentation is in English.

 Working Mandarin is an advantage on specific accounts where client

 stakeholders operate in that language

COMMERCIAL AND COMPLIANCE

• Willing to sign a freelance developer agreement, required under Anthropic

 Partner terms

• Willing to sign client NDAs

• Disciplined on data handling. No client data in personal accounts or

 unapproved tools

• Some engagements require background screening

OFFICIAL CERTIFICATION (MANDATORY)

We give priority and first look at incoming projects to engineers holding

CCD-F (Claude Certified Developer, Foundations) or CCA-F (Claude Certified

Architect, Foundations).
