Argyll Scott Hiring! Full Time Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Specialist (Contract) in - Ricebowl

We are supporting our client in financial services, currently hiring for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist on a contract basis, supporting a large-scale transformation of customer communications.

You'll help transition and enhance email, SMS, and automated customer journeys — setting up new sending domains and sender authentication, migrating and updating existing automations, and ensuring every touchpoint delivers a consistent, personalised, and compliant customer experience throughout a major brand transition.

What we're looking for:

• Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Content Builder, Journey Builder, MobileConnect, and Automation Studio
• Strong HTML/CSS for email and understanding of cross-client rendering behaviour
• Working knowledge of AMPscript (or SSJS) for personalisation and dynamic content
• Experience delivering changes to communication libraries at scale, under tight timelines
• Understanding of communications compliance fundamentals (unsubscribe/opt-out, mandatory disclosures)
• SFMC certifications and experience in regulated industries (financial services/insurance) are a plus, not essential
