Requirements
- Min SPM, school leavers are welcomed
- Able to work in rotating shifts (9am-6pm | 6pm-2am)
- Proficiency in fast-typing and written Mandarin & English
- Patient, friendly, independent, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrating responsibility and a serious attitude towards learning.
- Handling online inquiries and email communications from customers, providing professional consultation services based on customer needs, promptly understanding customer issues, and delivering correct and satisfactory responses.
- Answering customer queries, understanding and addressing customer needs, and promptly communicating/feedback to immediate supervisors.
- Resolve customer technical issues in a timely & professional manner
- Data collect/analysing
