Experience in F&B or beverage preparation is an added advantage

Prepare beverages according to company recipes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service.

Operate the cashier/Point of Sale (POS) system and handle payments accurately.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage station, equipment, and store.

Prepare ingredients and ensure sufficient stock for daily operations.

Check ingredient quality, expiry dates, and proper storage.

Assist with opening and closing duties.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and Halal requirements.

Replenish stock and assist with stock counting when required.

Work closely with team members during busy periods.

Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally.

Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
