Responsibilities
This role entails providing support to the floor team to deliver guests and members a wonderful dining experience.

KEY OBJECTIVES & DELIVERABLES
- Setting up the floor during opening and closing procedures
- Guiding and training part time staff in their duties and responsibilities as floor commis
- Maintaining the condiment stations
- Maintaining the MEP polishing stations
- Setting up the kitchen pass and manning the food running shifts
- Setting up each service station with the necessary cutleries/glassware that it needs to run the operation and continually replenishing side stations
- Delivering food and drinks to tables
- Supporting the captains with station maintenance, clearing and resetting tables and mise en place for service
- Supporting reservations with seating shifts
- Managing laundry inventory and check in/out of deliveries for service
- Follow club’s policies, procedures and service standards
