At least 2 years of experience as a Main Contractor QS

At least a Diploma

Valid driving licence, own transport, and able to travel

Hardworking, dedicated, and willing to learn

Able to work independently

Able to speak English and Malay

Assist the Contract Manager, Senior QS, or Project Team with filing, documentation, and paperwork

Perform taking-off and measurements for construction projects

Call for tenders/quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors

Perform cost analysis, cost comparison, negotiations, etc.

Handle progress claims, payment certificates, final accounts, etc.

Perform all other duties assigned by the Management or authorized representatives
