Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Intermediate Quantity Surveyor. To assist in the commercial and contractual management of construction projects, ensuring effective cost control, accurate valuation, proper administration of subcontractors, and timely submission of contractual claims and payments throughout the project lifecycle. The role is office-based and located at Midvalley Boulevard, Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years above experience

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying

• Attention to detail and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Be self-motivated

• Able to Work Independently

• Knowledge of PAM and PWD forms of construction contracts is a must.

Responsibility

• Contract Administration

• Attend Site Meeting

• Preparation of Progress Valuation

• Identify and Preparation of Variation Order

• Assist in the preparation and evaluation of Extension of Time (EOT), loss and expense and others

• Measurement
