Our client is an internationally active technology leader in fibre optic measurement and monitoring solutions for critical infrastructure, headquartered in Europe. Its systems monitor temperature, acoustic signals and strain in real time over many kilometres, for example on underground and subsea power cables, overhead lines, pipelines and transport infrastructure. The company's own AI-based software for alarm management and data analysis complements the hardware.

The client is looking for a Sales Engineer (m/f/d) to strengthen its regional sales team, focusing on the power transmission and distribution industry across APAC. The role is based in Singapore, on site with flexible working arrangements.

Your Responsibilities

• Selling monitoring solutions across several verticals, with a focus on power transmission and distribution
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities to drive growth in APAC
• Following up on proposals and supporting customers on technical questions
• Presenting solutions to clients and consultants and clarifying technical and commercial requirements with them
• Keeping the CRM up to date and building brand awareness among key stakeholders
• Working closely with the Regional Sales Manager and the Business Development Managers

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, IT, business or a comparable field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in technical B2B sales or business development
• Solid technical expertise in the electric power transmission and distribution industry
• Business-fluent English (C1)
