Overall Job Responsibility

The Employer Engagement team works closely with employers, government agencies, social service agencies and other ecosystem partners to increase employment opportunities and build disability-inclusive workplaces.

You will play a key role in partnering employers throughout their inclusive employment journey, from awareness and workforce planning to hiring, retention and workplace enablement. This includes providing consultancy on disability-inclusive employment practices, pitching for and managing employer accounts, supporting capability-building initiatives, administering employment support schemes, and facilitating partnerships that create sustainable employment outcomes for persons with disabilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead employer account management and engagement efforts to develop strong partnerships and identify opportunities to increase the hiring and retention of persons with disabilities.
• Provide consultancy and advisory support to employers on disability-inclusive employment practices, workplace accommodations, job redesign and workforce planning
• Lead and implement employer projects and initiatives that promote inclusive hiring and workplace enablement.
• Plan and deliver employer capability-building programmes, including workshops, learning journeys, networking events and awareness sessions.
• Build and maintain partnerships with employers and ecosystem stakeholders, including government agencies, social service agencies and industry partners, to advance inclusive employment outcomes.
• Assess and administer employment support schemes and grants, including application reviews, recommendations and approval processes.
  
  

Qualifications, Knowledge And Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in business development, account management, partnerships, consultancy, human resources, workforce development or related fields.
• Candidates with relevant experience and prior experience in sectors like F&B, Hospitality and Government agencies will have an added advantage
• Possess a natural drive for excellence and the resourcefulness to creatively find solutions
• Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership-building skills
• Adept at public speaking and partners engagement
• Team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
