Oversee the overall daily operations of the restaurant.

Lead and manage the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor sales, service quality and daily restaurant performance.

Manage staff scheduling, manpower and daily work arrangements.

Monitor stock, food usage and basic cost control.

Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues.

Ensure restaurant SOP, cleanliness and service standards are followed.
