Our client is a leading global hospitality company. They are looking for a warm, energetic and service-focused
F&B Waiter / Waitress
to join their team. You will be responsible for delivering attentive and personalised service across their restaurant, bar, lounge, banquet and in-room dining operations.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide friendly, personalised service throughout their dining experience.
Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages professionally and according to service standards.
Maintain strong knowledge of menus, ingredients, beverages, promotions and specials.
Recommend dishes and beverages and respond confidently to guest enquiries.
Ensure tables, service stations and dining areas are clean, organised and well prepared.
Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
Handle guest payments and POS transactions accurately.
Address guest requests, feedback and complaints professionally.
Support restaurant opening/closing duties, banquets, events and in-room dining when required.
Assist with beverage preparation or barista duties when needed.
Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming and workplace safety standards.
Support inventory control and minimise wastage.
Participate in training and contribute to continuous improvement and team development.
Requirements
Previous F&B or hospitality experience preferred.
Friendly, energetic and guest-focused personality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Flexible to work shifts and support different operational requirements.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices preferred.
POS/electronic ordering experience is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of beverages, wines and cocktails preferred.
Cash-handling experience is an advantage.
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Well-groomed, professional and committed to delivering excellent service.
