Role: Customer Service Representative – Skincare E-commerce

Support: Hong Kong & Taiwan (HKTW)
Project: Skincare E-commerce

Location: Menara Shell, Kuala Lumpur

Joining Date: 14 September 2026

Working Hours

• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM / 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 5 working days per week
• 2 rotational off days

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese – both are required.
• Minimum 6 months of Customer Service / Call Centre experience.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on rotational off days.
