Demonstrated experience in product quality and yield analysis, identifying root causes of defects and implementing corrective actions.

Proficiency in performing basic data analysis to interpret test results, production data, and customer feedback.

Proven ability to manage product qualification processes, ensuring products meet specifications and customer requirements.

Experience with test program updates and validation, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of testing procedures.

Skilled in customer return containment, including investigation, analysis, and implementation of solutions to prevent recurrence.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to diverse audiences.

Strong problem-solving skills, with a systematic approach to identifying and resolving engineering challenges.

Demonstrated project leadership capabilities, managing engineering projects from conception to completion.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional departments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to define product specifications and ensure successful product development lifecycles.
