We are looking for an energetic, confident, and creative Live Host to join our team! You will be responsible for hosting livestream sessions, promoting the Company's credit and financing products as well as other products and services, engaging with audiences, and generating potential sales leads.

我们正在寻找充满活力、自信且富有创意的直播主播加入团队！您将负责主持直播活动，推广公司旗下的信贷融资产品及其他产品与服务，与线上观众互动，并开发潜在客户及销售机会。

Key Responsibilities / 主要工作职责

• Host engaging livestream sessions on TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• 通过 TikTok、Facebook 及其他社交媒体平台主持直播活动，吸引观众参与互动。
• Promote the Company's credit and financing facilities, including Koperasi financing, as well as other products and services.

推广公司旗下的信贷融资产品，包括合作社融资（Koperasi），以及其他产品与服务。清楚且专业地介绍产品特点、优势、申请资格及相关推广资讯。在直播过程中积极与观众互动、回答咨询，并提高观众参与度。策划及准备直播内容、主持稿与相关宣传材料。制作具有吸引力的短视频及社交媒体内容，配合公司的市场推广活动。通过直播开发潜在客户，并与销售团队配合进行后续跟进。追踪直播表现、观众互动及潜在客户开发成果，持续优化直播效果。确保所有推广内容准确、专业，并符合公司政策及相关规定。完成管理层安排的其他相关工作

• Present product features, benefits, eligibility requirements, and promotional information clearly and professionally.
• Interact with viewers, respond to enquiries, and encourage audience participation during livestream sessions.
• Plan and prepare livestream content, scripts, and promotional materials.
• Create engaging short videos and social media content to support the Company's marketing activities.
• Generate potential customer leads and coordinate with the Sales team for further follow-up.
• Monitor livestream performance, audience engagement, and lead generation results to continuously improve livestream effectiveness.
• Ensure all promotional content is accurate, professional, and compliant with the Company's policies and guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements / 任职要求

• Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related fields is an advantage.
• 最低学历要求为 SPM；拥有市场营销、大众传播、工商管理或相关专业文凭或学位者优先。
• Confident, energetic, outgoing, and comfortable speaking in front of the camera.

自信大方、性格活泼开朗，能够自然地面对镜头进行表达。具备良好的沟通能力、表达能力及人际交往技巧。熟悉 TikTok Live、Facebook Live 及其他社交媒体平台。具备直播主持、内容创作、销售或产品推广经验者优先。了解信贷融资、个人贷款或合作社融资产品者优先考虑。富有创意、积极主动、有责任感，并具备独立工作及团队合作能力。欢迎应届毕业生申请。能够配合公司安排的直播时间，包括有需要时于晚上或周末进行直播。

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with TikTok Live, Facebook Live, and other social media platforms.
• Previous experience in livestream hosting, content creation, sales, or product promotion is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of credit financing, personal financing, or Koperasi products is an added advantage.
• Creative, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work according to scheduled livestream sessions, including evenings or weekends when required.
