About the Role - Senior Sales Advisor (Used Car)

Join our ZEEKR | Preeminent Auto Sales team as a Senior Used Car Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping customers find the right vehicle to suit their needs.

You will guide customers throughout the entire sales journey — from initial enquiry and vehicle presentation to test drives, financing, trade-ins, and vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Vehicle Sales & Customer Engagement

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom or making inquiries through online and offline channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable used vehicle options.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and explain vehicle specifications, features, benefits, and ownership costs.
• Arrange and conduct test drives for prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

2. Sales Performance

• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs set by management.
• Proactively generate sales leads through walk-ins, referrals, social media, online platforms, and networking activities.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and update customer records accurately.

3. Trade-In & Vehicle Evaluation Support

• Assist customers with vehicle trade-in enquiries.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections and valuations with the relevant department or evaluator.
• Explain trade-in processes and available options to customers.

4. Financing & Insurance Coordination

• Assist customers in understanding financing and insurance options.
• Coordinate with financial institutions and insurance providers to facilitate applications and approvals.
• Ensure all required documentation is complete and submitted accurately.

5. Customer Experience

• Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales service.
• Ensure smooth delivery and handover experience in coordination with relevant teams.
• Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
