Role Description The Indoor Sales Support role is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. This role involves handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing sales orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. The individual will maintain accurate records of sales activities, update customer and product information, and support the sales team with documentation and follow-up activities. Daily tasks also include liaising with suppliers, managing inventory and pricing information, and providing prompt, professional support to clients via phone and email. The role requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to manage inquiries and build positive client relationships.
• Experience with sales administration tasks such as quotation preparation, order processing, and documentation control.
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems for recording and tracking sales activities.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant experience in marine, offshore, or industrial products sales support is an advantage.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable communicating in English; additional language abilities relevant to regional clients are beneficial.
