About the role:-

We are seeking a Senior Executive, Sales & Marketing to join Olympic Cable Company Sdn Bhd, a member of the OSK Group. This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur. As Senior Executive, Sales & Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales growth and market presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives whilst leading sales efforts to achieve ambitious business targets. This role is central to our expansion strategy and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization's commercial success.

Key responsibilities:-

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion
• Lead, mentor and manage the sales and marketing team to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and KPIs
• Identify new market opportunities and customer segments, conducting market research to inform strategic planning
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to support business development initiatives
• Create and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, traditional and experiential marketing
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to inform product positioning and promotional strategies
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure marketing messaging aligns with product capabilities and market demands
• Monitor and report on sales performance, marketing effectiveness and ROI, providing regular updates to senior management
• Manage sales and marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and networking functions to enhance brand visibility

What we're looking for:-

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry or B2B environment
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that delivered measurable results
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and motivating sales and marketing teams
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in using market research and sales data to inform decision-making
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing and CRM systems
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both internal and external audiences
• Strategic thinking and business acumen, with ability to translate market insights into actionable sales and marketing plans
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
• Familiarity with the cable, telecommunications or infrastructure industries is highly desirable
