Role Summary

We are looking for a proven, driven eCommerce marketer to own the growth of our online sales and brand across local and regional markets. This role combines strategy and execution, ideal for someone who enjoys building, testing, and scaling initiatives across eCommerce platforms and social media. This is a hands-on execution role.

You should be someone who enjoys creating content, testing new ideas, learning AI tools, and improving your work based on feedback and results.

Key Responsibilities

eCommerce & Marketplace Management (core focus)

• Manage our digital storefronts across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTokShop and other platforms
• Optimise product listings (titles, content, imagery, pricing, reviews) tolift visibility and conversion
• Plan and run campaigns and promotions, including mega-sale events(e.g. 9.9, 11.11, 12.12), vouchers, bundles and flash deals
• Manage on-platform advertising such as Shopee Ads, LazadaSponsored Solutions and TikTok Shop ads
• Work with operations and supply chain to keep stock, fulfilment andcustomer experience running smoothly
• Identify, evaluate and launch new eCommerce channels and markets
• Ensure all listings, content and ads comply with platform policies andapplicable local health product regulations

Social Media & Content

• Execute content and grow engagement across our social mediachannels, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn andRednote (XHS)
• Develop content strategies that build brand awareness, engagementand community, and turn that attention into store traffic and sales
• Drive social commerce through shoppable content, live selling, affiliateand creator collaborations, aligned to platform sales calendars
• Explore and launch new platforms (e.g. YouTube and other emergingchannels)
• Use AI tools wherever they help you work faster and better.

Paid Advertising & SEO

• Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads)that drive traffic to our storefronts and improve return on ad spend
• Drive SEO efforts to improve organic visibility and search rankings forour website and product pages

Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance across eCommerce, social, paid and SEO, including traffic, engagement, conversion rate, average order value, sales and ROI
• Prepare regular performance reports with concise insights, keylearnings and actionable recommendations
• Surface growth opportunities and turn data into decisions

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Proactively identify new tools, trends and platform features thatimprove digital performance
• Test, learn and refine to keep improving effectiveness and ROI

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams and Management to align eCommerceand social execution with business goals
• Support integrated campaigns across online and offline channels

Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,200.00 per month
