TARA Vision Resources Sdn. Bhd. is the main coordinating company overseeing three spa businesses: Thong Yee Thong (TYT), Tangretreat Sdn. Bhd. and Tangretreat Reserve Sdn. Bhd.

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage the overall HR operations across our three spa properties under the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations across all three spa properties.
• Manage the full recruitment process, manpower planning, onboarding and employee retention.
• Oversee monthly payroll, attendance, leave administration, compensation and statutory contributions.
• Prepare and monitor HR budgets, manpower costs and recruitment expenses.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace investigations.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and performance management systems.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and employment regulations.
• Liaise with government authorities, including JTK, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, EPF and Immigration.
• Manage foreign worker documentation, work permits and renewal matters.
• Prepare HR reports and provide recommendations to management on workforce planning and HR matters.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
