Want to develop your sales skills and work towards leading others?
Royal Organisation is looking for individuals interested in building a foundation in face-to-face sales before progressing into wider team responsibilities.
You’ll begin with customer engagement and campaign sales. As you demonstrate consistent performance and leadership readiness, opportunities may include coaching newcomers and supporting team coordination.
What You’ll Be Doing
Learn and carry out face-to-face sales at assigned campaign locations.
Present client offerings and respond to customer questions.
Work towards sales targets and review your progress with your mentor.
Participate in training and apply feedback.
Develop your understanding of day-to-day campaign delivery.
Take on coaching and team support responsibilities when ready.
