Responsibilities
We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Experiential & Event Marketing Manager to plan, execute offline marketing activities, events and brand experiences.
You will be responsible for developing event concepts, managing external partners and ensuring that all activations are professionally executed and aligned with the company’s brand and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Source and evaluate suitable event opportunities, venues and external partners.
Manage event logistics, timelines, budgets and operational requirements.
Manage procurement and sourcing of marketing and event-related materials.
Support larger-scale events, campaigns and special projects where required.
Track event performance, participation and other relevant outcomes.
Plan, coordinate and execute marketing events, activations, roadshows and other offline initiatives.
Develop engaging event concepts and customer experiences that strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
Coordinate with vendors, venue partners and other external stakeholders.
Oversee the development and production of event materials, displays, promotional items and marketing collateral.
Prepare post-event reviews and recommendations for future improvements.
Ensure all events and activations are executed in accordance with company standards.
Continuously review event setups and customer experiences to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Events Management,Business, Communications or a related field.
Relevant experience in events, experiential marketing,retail activations or roadshows.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Resourceful, hands-on and able to manage last-minute changes effectively.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in procurement, supplier management or event production will be an advantage.
Comfortable managing multiple vendors, timelines and operational requirements.
